Panavia Pilot Jobs
Tri-national company set up in 1969 by the British, West German and Italian aircraft industries to build the Tornado, and based ever since at Hallbergmoos near Munich. Panavia Aircraft GmbH is owned today by Airbus (42.5%), BAE Systems (42.5%) and Leonardo (15%), the successors of its founders BAC, MBB and Aeritalia. The Tornado, a two-seat swing-wing multirole combat aircraft first flown in 1974, was built in about 990 examples in IDS, ECR and ADV versions until 1998. It has served the German, Italian and Royal Saudi air forces into the 2020s; the RAF retired its last Tornado GR4s in 2019.
