1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using bestpilotjobs.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, pilots, and employers using the site in any capacity.
2. About us
bestpilotjobs.com is operated as a sole trader based in the Netherlands. For questions or legal notices, contact us at crew@bestpilotjobs.com.
3. Description of service
bestpilotjobs.com is an online job board specialising in commercial pilot vacancies and pilot recruitment roadshows. We provide a platform for aviation employers to publish listings and for pilots to discover and apply for those vacancies. We are not a recruitment agency and are not party to any employment relationship between pilots and employers. We do not screen candidates, facilitate interviews, or make hiring decisions.
4. For pilots
Browsing job listings and roadshow announcements is free of charge. No account is required to browse or apply. Job alert email subscriptions are free and can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link in every alert email.
We make no guarantee that any listing will result in employment or that listed vacancies remain open at the time of viewing. Applications are submitted directly to employers — we are not responsible for employer responses, hiring decisions, or the accuracy of employer-provided content.
By subscribing to job alerts you consent to receiving email notifications of matching vacancies and roadshows. We will not share your email address with third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time.
5. For employers — listings and roadshows
Employers may post job listings or roadshow announcements by completing the relevant submission form. The following plans are available:
Job listings — Free plan (€0): 30-day listing. Requires a corporate email address — free providers including Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Yahoo, ProtonMail and similar are not accepted. Limited to one active free listing per company email domain per 30 days. Free listings are reviewed manually before going live and are not guaranteed to be published. Declined listings receive no refund as no payment is taken.
Job listings — Standard plan (€99): 60-day listing. Logo displayed on listing and detail page. Job alert email sent to all matching subscribers. Google Jobs indexed. Live within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Job listings — Featured plan (€299): 120-day listing. Pinned to the top of all search results. Homepage featured placement. Logo displayed. Job alert email sent to all matching subscribers. Includes one free Standard roadshow announcement. Live within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Roadshow announcements — Standard plan (€199): 1 roadshow announcement for a single city and date. Listed on the /roadshows page. Email blast sent to all subscribers on publication. Google Events schema applied.
Roadshow announcements — Featured plan (€399): Up to 3 roadshow announcements. Pinned to the top of the roadshows listing. Homepage placement. Email blast to all subscribers. Google Events schema applied.
Payment for all paid plans is by bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal. Payment instructions are sent by email after submission. Listings go live within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
By submitting a listing or roadshow announcement you confirm that:
— The vacancy or recruitment event is genuine and currently open
— All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading
— You have the authority to post on behalf of the named company
— The role advertised is a legitimate commercial aviation position
— You are using a valid corporate email address (Free plan)
We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing or roadshow announcement that does not meet these requirements, at our sole discretion and without refund.
6. Employer content and liability
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they submit. bestpilotjobs.com does not verify employer identity, company registration, or the accuracy of job descriptions, salary figures, or requirements stated in listings. We do not endorse any employer or vacancy listed on the platform.
By submitting content you warrant that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, does not contain false or misleading information, and complies with applicable employment, advertising, and data protection law in the jurisdiction(s) where the role is based.
You agree to indemnify bestpilotjobs.com against any claims, losses, or costs arising from content you submit to the platform.
7. Prohibited content
The following are not permitted on bestpilotjobs.com:
— Fake, fraudulent, or misleading job listings or events
— Listings that require pilots to pay fees to apply or to obtain the position
— Listings for roles that are not legitimate commercial aviation positions
— Spam, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing
— Content that harasses, discriminates against, or targets individuals
— Content that violates applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction
Violations will result in immediate removal without refund. We reserve the right to report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
8. Payments and refunds
Paid listing and roadshow fees are non-refundable once the listing or announcement has been published, as the service is fully delivered upon going live. No refund is due for listings removed due to breach of these terms.
If a paid listing fails to go live within 48 hours of confirmed payment due to a fault on our part, we will offer a full refund or republication at our discretion. Contact crew@bestpilotjobs.com with your payment reference.
Free plan submissions are not charged — no refund applies if a free listing is declined.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer (SEPA) and PayPal. We do not store payment card details.
9. Intellectual property
All platform content — including design, code, copy, structure, and branding — is owned by or licensed to bestpilotjobs.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Job listing and roadshow content submitted by employers remains the property of the employer. By submitting content, you grant bestpilotjobs.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, index, and distribute that content on the platform and in search engine results for the duration of the listing. This licence terminates when the listing expires or is removed.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
bestpilotjobs.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not verify the accuracy of employer-submitted content and are not responsible for any reliance placed on it. We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from listings or roadshow pages.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bestpilotjobs.com and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of income, or loss of data. Our total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant listing or service.
12. Data protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is bestpilotjobs.com, operated from the Netherlands. Pilot email addresses collected via job alert subscriptions are used solely to deliver matching job alerts and roadshow notifications and are never sold or shared with third parties. Employer contact details are used solely to administer submitted listings and send payment and confirmation emails.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of bestpilotjobs.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
