Link to bestpilotjobs — badges, live job widgets & snippets
Everything on this page is free to use on any aviation-related website. A hiring badge for airlines, a live pilot-jobs widget for flight schools and aviation blogs, and ready-made text links for career resource pages — all self-hosted, zero JavaScript, no signup.
For hiring airlines — the "We're hiring pilots" badge
Posting with us? Add the badge to your careers page so pilots land directly on your live vacancies. It links to your airline profile on bestpilotjobs — find your profile URL on the airlines index and replace YOUR-AIRLINE-SLUG in the snippet with the last part of that URL.
Dark theme (default) and ?theme=light for white backgrounds. A "Featured on bestpilotjobs.com" variant is available with ?v=featured.

Live pilot jobs widget — for flight schools, training organisations & aviation blogs
A compact, always-current list of live pilot vacancies you can drop into any page — a careers-resources page for your students, a sidebar on an aviation blog, an alumni page at a university. It renders entirely on our servers with zero JavaScript, sets no cookies, and updates itself as jobs are posted and filled. Filter it to exactly what your audience flies:
Live preview — this is the real widget, rendering real vacancies.
<iframe src="https://bestpilotjobs.com/embed?aircraft=airbus-a320&limit=5&theme=light"
title="Live A320 pilot jobs — bestpilotjobs.com"
width="100%" height="420" style="border:0" loading="lazy"></iframe>

Select the code above and copy it into your site's HTML.
Keep the text line under the iframe: search engines don't read iframe content, so that plain link is what connects your page to the live data source — and you're free to reword or remove it. Suggested iframe heights: limit=3 → 290, limit=5 → 420, limit=10 → 780.

Text links — for career resource pages & link lists
Running a career resources page, a university aviation library guide, or a "useful links" list? These are the pages your readers get the most value from — adjust the anchor text however reads naturally on your page:

Select the code above and copy it into your site's HTML.

Our linking policy
We never buy links, exchange links for placement, or ask for specific anchor text. Link to us because the live job data, the salary guide, the type rating guides or the licence conversion guides are genuinely useful to your readers — and word it however you like. Frequently asked questions
Is the pilot jobs widget free to use?
Yes — the badge, the widget and every snippet on this page are free for any aviation-related website: flight schools, type rating organisations, universities, aviation blogs, pilot communities, and airlines. No signup, no API key, no tracking scripts.
Will the widget slow my website down?
No. The widget is a single, fully server-rendered HTML document with zero JavaScript, loaded lazily inside an iframe — it does not block your page render, run any scripts on your site, or set any cookies. It is served from Cloudflare's edge network worldwide.
Can I show only my airline's vacancies?
Yes. Add ?airline=your-airline-slug to the widget URL. Your slug is the last part of your airline profile URL on bestpilotjobs.com/airlines — for example, an airline whose profile lives at /airlines/emirates-skycargo uses airline=emirates-skycargo. You can combine it with role, aircraft and region filters.
Do I need permission to embed the widget or badge?
No permission needed — that is the point of this page. If you run an aviation site and want a custom variant (different size, a specific filter combination, or a co-branded badge), email crew@bestpilotjobs.com and we will usually build it.
Why does the widget snippet include a text link underneath the iframe?
Search engines do not read or credit links inside iframes. The plain HTML line under the widget is what tells Google your page and ours are related — it also tells your visitors where the live data comes from. You are free to reword it, move it, or remove it entirely; we simply recommend keeping it natural, like "Live pilot jobs by bestpilotjobs.com".
Does the job data in the widget update automatically?
Yes — the widget renders directly from the live job database on every load (edge-cached for a few minutes), so new vacancies appear and filled ones disappear without you touching your site again. Expired listings are excluded automatically.
