Founded in 2020, Universal Sky Carrier (USC) is a charter carrier based in Germany offering both charter and lease services. Germany's Civil Aviation Authority confirmed USC received an air operator's certificate (AOC) on 14-Aug-2023. USC operated its inaugural commercial flight the carrier's first ACMI assignment on 05-Sep-2023 with Paris CDG-Antananarivo service under an ACMI agreement with Madagascar Airlines. The ACMI operation was arranged by ACC on behalf of Madagascar Airlines and was operated using A340-300 equipment.
