About the role

Cargolux, Europe's largest all-cargo airline, is recruiting First Officers for its B747-400F and B747-8F fleet based in Luxembourg. Operating a global network of scheduled and charter freighter services, Cargolux offers an outstanding cargo flying career with one of the most respected names in air freight.

Requirements

  • EASA Part FCL ATPL or CPL/IR with ATPL (Frozen ATPL)
  • EASA Part Medical Class 1
  • Minimum 1500 hours multi-pilot multi-engine on jet aircraft or turboprop aircraft with MTOW above 10 tons or seating capacity above 19 seats. Candidates with 1500 hours on widebody aircraft will be considered for Senior First Officer position.
  • Above average flying abilities & impeccable safety standards
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Full second level graduation minimum (e.f. Baccalauréat, Abitur, A-Level Exam, Matura, Fachschulreife)
  • Authorization to live and work within Luxembourg
  • Minimum ICAO English language proficiency level 4, preferably level 6
  • Ability to successfully pass a security background check and a pre-employment medical test
  • Agreement to transfer your license to a Luxembourg issued EASA license.
