Requirements

Minimum 3700 hours total time for First Officers excluding P3, rotary and single/multi-engine piston aircraft (to be eligible for Accelerated command).
Minimum 500 hours total time on A320 type for Captains.
Last flight on A320 within the past 12 months.
Maximum 58 years of age for Captains.
Maximum 40 years of age for First officers
Valid A320 type rating.
Approved Class 1 Medical.
Minimum English Language Proficiency level 4.
Final exemption or release from military service.
Educational Certificates: A minimum of high school or higher.
Proven track record in multi-crew environments.
A commitment to safety and a passion for exceptional passenger experiences.
