About the role

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of the C909 aircraft, assuming full responsibility for the safe, legal, and efficient operation of all assigned flights.
Ensure strict compliance with civil aviation regulations, company Operations Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable airworthiness and safety requirements.
Exercise final authority over flight planning, aircraft dispatch, weather assessment, fuel management, and operational decision-making.
Lead, manage, and supervise the flight crew, promoting effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) and maintaining high standards of discipline, professionalism, and communication.
Conduct all flight operations in accordance with approved performance limitations, aircraft systems knowledge, and operational best practices.
Maintain continuous oversight of aircraft technical status, ensuring accurate completion of aircraft documentation and timely reporting of defects in accordance with company and regulatory procedures.
Ensure passenger and crew safety, security, and comfort, including the proper handling of abnormal, emergency, and contingency situations.
Liaise with air traffic control, dispatch, maintenance, cabin crew, and ground operations to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, upholding the airline’s safety culture, service standards, and corporate values.
Participate in training, checking, and recurrent qualification programs as required by the company and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

Valid ATPL issued by ICAO contracting party (valid SSCA ATPL license in priority), with endorsements for any aircraft type (C909 in priority)
Minimum total 6,000 flight hours
Minimum 2,000 hours as Commander
Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate
Maximum 58 years old (include); age limit can be relaxed to 53 years old if possessing flight instructor qualifications
English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
No accident/incident record where the pilot was found at fault
