Vista America is recruiting Home-Based Challenger 300/350 Captains for permanent full-time positions in the United States.
Vista America, an operating partner of Vista, provides business aviation services across the United States. The Challenger 300/350 Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, delivering a high standard of luxury passenger service and supporting the company's operational and safety objectives.
Captains work within Vista America's global business aviation operation and have opportunities for fleet progression and leadership development while retaining their seniority within the organization.
A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified typed and current direct-entry Challenger 300 Captains.

Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- Current PIC Jet Type Rating, Challenger type preferred
- Minimum 3,000 hours fixed-wing flight time
- Minimum 1,500 hours PIC
- Minimum 1,500 hours multi-engine flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours turbine flight time
- Minimum 300 hours logged IFR
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- No accidents, incidents or FAA enforcement actions within the previous 5 years
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Authorization to travel to and from all cities and countries served by Vista America
- Minimum 150 flight hours during the previous 365 days
- Minimum 30 flight hours during the previous 90 days
- Meet applicable ICAO Annex 1 requirements for international commercial air transport operations
