About the role
For our new European / Asian Coast Guard and ISR projects, EASP AIR is looking for ambitious (EASA) DORNIER DO328-100TP Captains and First Officers.
We are looking for new colleagues with a great commitment, a strong drive to develop themselves. Team players with a ‘Can Do’ mentality. Who can perform Maritime Patrol missions at the highest level, and low level. Pilots who can perform air drops at low altitude safely. Pilots who dare to go further than flying passengers and boxes from A to B. Pilots who are looking for a job that really matters.
In simple words: we are looking for ‘The Right Stuff’.
We are offering you a challenging workplace and well-paid salary package. With a fantastic development and growth opportunities within a strongly expanding company. A workplace in a great and very collegial team.
As a pilot, we give you the opportunity to develop yourself into an all-round Special Operations Mission Specialist. We train our Maritime Patrol pilots ourselves, both through Ground School Training and through training-‘on-the-job’. So, experience in flying Maritime Patrol Operations is not a must. But a strongly developed urge to develop yourself is all the more so.
The ability to work well in small teams, at remote locations and under pressure, is essential. Flexibility, inquisitiveness and collegiality are essential pillars for smooth and successful operations. With your knowledge, ideas and experience, you will contribute to the further development of our beautiful company. Once you have ‘stepped in’, it will never be the same again.
