Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom
- Valid UK CAA ATPL
- Valid UK CAA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO level 4/5/6 English proficiency
- Minimum 3500 factorized hours
- Current Airbus A3xx full FBW type rating + IR (combined) in a valid license.
- Minimum 500hrs actual flight time on Airbus A320 airplanes
- Minimum 1000hrs actual flight time as PIC on Airbus A3xx full FBW airplanes
Package highlights
- Factorized hours: Wizz Air applies factors to pilot flying hours to determine minimum requirements for Commanders. A pilot's hours flown in each category are multiplied by the applicable factor from the table at onedoor.wizzair.com. The sum of all groups after factorization will be used to determine whether the pilot meets the minimum required experience.
- Simulator hours are excluded
- PIC hours are pilot in command hours. This does not include PICUS hours.
- Wizz Air is proud to be offering attractive retention (of amount up to €40,000 for Captains after three years) and sign-on bonuses* (up to €10,000 for Captains)
