Wing Aviation is seeking a Gulfstream GIV Second in Command (SIC) for its business aviation operation based at Henderson, Nevada, near Las Vegas.
Wing Aviation is a Houston-based business aviation company providing aircraft charter, aircraft management and brokerage services worldwide.
The GIV SIC / Second Officer supports the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the Gulfstream IV aircraft. Responsibilities include flight preparation, aircraft and maintenance status checks, pre-flight inspections, weather and airport review, passenger safety and completion of required trip documentation.
The SIC operates in accordance with Wing Aviation procedures, FAA regulations, the Aircraft Flight Manual and applicable 14 CFR Part 91 and Part 135 requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism and customer service.
This is an experienced, full-time position. Local or near-local candidates are preferred, with crew required to live within approximately 2 hours' call-out time of the aircraft base.

Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Current GIV Type Rating / SIC Type Rating
- Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 hours Multi-Engine Land
- Minimum 200 hours instrument time
- Minimum 200 hours turbine time
- Minimum 200 hours Gulfstream GIV time
- Ability to comply with 14 CFR Part 91 and Part 135 requirements
- Strong decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong passenger service and customer-service skills
- Ability to maintain a valid First Class Medical Certificate
- Current GIV rating and currency preferred
- Local or near-local residence within approximately 2 hours of the base preferred
