Boeing 737 Classic Instructor Pilot – Volga-Dnepr Airlines
Volga-Dnepr Airlines is seeking an experienced Boeing 737 Classic Instructor Pilot to conduct pilot training, recurrent checks, proficiency assessments, and qualification renewals.
Responsibilities include training and mentoring captains and first officers, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles, monitoring flight crew technical proficiency, and analysing flight data to identify errors and implement corrective measures.
The role also involves conducting crew briefings and debriefings, reviewing complex airports and international routes, and preparing pilots for challenging operational conditions, including mountainous terrain, low visibility, and CAT II/III approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience
- Aviation education with a recognised state diploma
- Valid commercial pilot licence
- Valid Boeing 737 Classic type rating
- Current qualification on type, with the latest recertification within the past 12 months
- Valid authorisation for international flight operations
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
