FTE Jerez B737NG Simulator Instructor
FTE Jerez (Flight Training Europe) is seeking a B737NG Simulator Instructor for its flight training center in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.
This is a permanent, full-time simulator instructor position within an established EASA Approved Training Organization (ATO) providing professional airline pilot training, including ab-initio, experienced pilot and type rating training.
The B737NG Simulator Instructor will deliver simulator-based training to airline pilots, prepare and conduct training sessions, assess pilot performance and competency, and maintain the required training standards and procedures.

As FTEJerez continues to grow through new airline partnerships and record cadet intakes, we are looking to recruit qualified full time and contract Simulator Instructors to work on 737 and/or A320 simulators, with all roles based at our aviation training campus in Jerez, south west Spain. Training student pilots for a number of the world’s major airlines, the School works 50 weeks/year, 7 days/week and operates in some of the best flying weather in Europe.
Suitability
It is essential that candidates have a professional background in airline operations as flight crew, are flexible and self-motivated, and feel they would enjoy training cadets at the very beginning of their aviation career. FTEJerez will provide training and standardisation.
Commitment
All contract options will be considered including full time.
Type of Training
The simulator department at FTEJerez provide APS – MCC, MPL and, Type Rating courses for integrated and modular students, either self-sponsored or airline placements. To deliver the training the following qualifications are required:
- Holds or have held an EASA FI(A) Rating.
- Holds an EASA SFI(A) or TRI(A).
Requirements
- Valid EASA CPL or ATPL
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR)
- Holds or have held an EASA FI(A) Rating.
- Holds an EASA SFI(A) or TRI(A).
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
- B737NG simulator instructional experience preferred
- Previous pilot teaching or instructional experience
- High level of English proficiency
- Ability to work full-time
