About the role

The Air Astana Group is the largest airline group in Central Asia and the Caucasus, operating scheduled, point-to-point, transit, short-haul, and long-haul passenger and cargo routes. They are looking for Non Type-Rated First Officers on the Airbus A320.

Requirements

Current and valid EASA / FAA / ICAO CPL(A)
Minimum flight hours: 400
Minimum 200 hours Multi-engine and Multi-Crew
Class 1 medical
ICAO English level 4
Maximum age 45 years
Have flown a Multi-engine, Multi-Crew airplane within the last 12 months

Package highlights

10% income tax for expats.
The salary is paid in KZT, but it is linked to the euro rate.
Standard roster consist of 40 vacation days + 10 days off, so you can split it by 10 days 5 times per year.
Medical insurance, which includes medical, dental services and medication coverage. Pilots also have the option to include family members under a special package at an additional cost.
