NEOS is recruiting Boeing 737 First Officers, accepting both pilots with a current Boeing 737 type rating and candidates without a type rating.
As a First Officer, you will support the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of scheduled flights across the NEOS network, maintaining compliance with EASA regulations, company procedures and operational standards.
This opportunity is open to qualified pilots looking to develop their airline careers within an expanding Italian carrier.
NEOS accepts applications from both:
- Type-Rated First Officers: Pilots holding a Boeing 737 type rating.
- Non-Type-Rated First Officers: Pilots meeting the minimum requirements without a Boeing 737 type rating.
Requirements
- Minimum 800 hours total flight time.
- Valid EASA Part-FCL pilot licence.
- Valid EU Part-MED Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Italian language proficiency: Level 6 minimum.
- English language proficiency: ICAO Level 4 minimum.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No criminal record.
- Legal right to travel without restrictions to and from all countries served by NEOS.
- Boeing 737 type rating for type-rated applicants, non-type-rated candidates are also welcome.

- Gross annual compensation includes variable elements linked to actual flight activity.
