The company is currently seeking an experienced Falcon 2000 LXS Pilot-in-Command to join its Flight Crew team based at Norwood Memorial Airport in Massachusetts.
Job Description
The Falcon 2000 LXS Captain is responsible for the safe, efficient and timely operation of the aircraft in support of private VIP flights conducted under FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
Working closely with the Second-in-Command (SIC), the PIC will lead flight operations, ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and company procedures, and maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service.
This position requires strong leadership, sound operational judgement and the ability to work effectively as part of a professional flight crew.
Location Requirement: Qualified candidates must reside within two hours of Norwood Memorial Airport (OWD).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate the Falcon 2000 LXS safely and efficiently on private VIP Part 135 and Part 91 flights.
- Ensure the aircraft is fully prepared and ready for upcoming trips.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with the Operations Department.
- Complete and maintain all required financial and operational flight records.
- Lead and support the flight crew, promoting teamwork and professional performance.
- Maintain a safety-focused operating environment and encourage high standards across all flight operations.
Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine privileges.
- Current Falcon 2000 LXS Type Rating – mandatory.
- Ability to hold an FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Compliance with ICAO Annex I, paragraph 2.1.10, concerning international commercial air transport operations involving multi-pilot aircraft.
- Minimum 3,500 total flight hours.
- Minimum 2,000 hours multi-engine fixed-wing flight time.
- Minimum 250 hours instrument flight time.
- Minimum 250 hours on the Falcon 2000 LXS.
- No FAA violations, accidents or incidents.
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel eligibility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorisation for unrestricted travel to and from Canada as a commercial pilot.
- Previous FAR Part 135 and/or Part 91 experience preferred.
- College degree preferred.
