AirKenya is recruiting entry-level First Officers to support its flight operations.

Requirements
- Valid Kenyan Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
- Current Cessna 208 (C208) aircraft type rating.
- Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (Multi-IR).
- Meet all applicable aviation licensing and medical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university in any relevant field.
- Minimum 250 total flight hours.
- Strong understanding of flight operations and aviation safety procedures.
- Good decision-making, situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High standards of discipline, integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
- Commitment to aviation safety and continuous professional development.
