La Compagnie is a French boutique airline specialising in all-Business Class transatlantic services. Its network connects Paris, Milan and Nice with New York, offering a premium onboard experience with 76 lie-flat seats, complimentary Wi-Fi, an advanced entertainment system and seasonal menus.
As part of its continued expansion, La Compagnie is preparing to establish a new operational base at Milan Malpensa Airport and is recruiting experienced Airbus A321 Captains.
Job Description
La Compagnie is seeking qualified and experienced Captains to join its Airbus A321 fleet and support the development of its planned Milan operation.
This is an opportunity to join a specialist transatlantic airline operating an exclusively Business Class cabin.
Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) aeroplane rating.
- Valid Airbus A320 Family Type Rating.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate compliant with Part-MED.
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft.
- Minimum 2,500 hours in airline operations.
- Minimum 500 hours on Airbus aircraft, including Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) experience.
- Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC), preferably on the A320 Family.
- Minimum 500 hours in long-haul operations on routes exceeding 3,000 NM.
- English: ICAO Level 5 minimum.
- Italian: ICAO Level 4 minimum.
- French language proficiency is an advantage.
- No history of accidents or incidents.
- No criminal record or security restrictions.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in Italy.
