Become an Airline Pilot at HOP!
Airline pilot is a very demanding job that requires a real passion for flight, enthusiasm and commitment, but also intellectual, psychological and physical skills. It also requires good English practice.
The Line Pilot Officer (or co-pilot) is the second of the crew in hierarchical order. The crew is always composed of a Captain and a Line Pilot Officer.
Above all, the airline pilot is responsible for passenger safety, the pilot is in charge of piloting, navigation, radio communications management and technical monitoring of the aircraft.
You will start your career as a pilot at HOP! by the Line Pilot Officer (OPL) function. After a few years of experience, you will have the opportunity to access the selections to become a Captain (CDB).

Requirements

  • Be a holder of the ATPL or a valid CPL/IRME.
  • Be a holder of the theoretical ATPL issued by an ATO certified by one of the Member States of the European Union and valid.
  • Have a valid "class1" medical fitness.
  • Be of French nationality, from one of the other member states of the European Community or the Swiss Confederation.
  • Express yourself fluently in the French language. Candidates who do not have French nationality must hold the FCL055 level 6 in French.
  • Do not fail in HOP!, Air France and Transavia training.
  • Having a first experience on a CS-25/CS-23 type aircraft is a plus.
  • Hold a certificate of training in crew work (MCC).
  • Justify a level greater than or equal to 5 on the language skills assessment scale: FCL055 / 055D in force.
  • Have a TOEIC Test score greater than or equal to 850, dated less than 2 years at the time of selection.
  • Since December 20, 2019, for pilots not holding a first QT CS 25, they must be in possession of a certificate of the EASA Advanced UPRT training.
  • Send a copy of the last two pages of your flight book certified on honor and an employer's certificate validating these flight hours.
