IATA assists airlines to operate safely, securely, efficiently, and economically under clearly defined rules. Airlink is IOSA conformant and have been since 2006.

Requirements
- The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- CAA Commercial Pilot License.
- Valid instrument rating.
- ATPL or Frozen ATPL.
- Must have a minimum of 1000 hours total time and 200 hours multi engine and 200 hours turbine. -or-
- For Airlink Connect First Officer to qualify as a First officer: Must have a minimum of 1000 hours total time and 200 hours multi engine and 200 hours turbine. Or
- For Airlink Cadet to qualify as a First Officer, a minimum of 1000 hours on type is required excluding Sim time.
