Requirements
- Valid Multi-Engine ICAO CPL (gained without exemptions) with Instrument Rating acceptable by HKCAD with minimum 250 hours, or
- HKCAD CPL Holder issued under HKCAD Approved Integrated Course.
- Valid Instrument Rating
- Valid Flight Radiotelephony Operator’s Licence.
- A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English level 4 and above
