Heston Airlines A320 First Officer – Syria Project
Heston Airlines is recruiting Airbus A320 First Officers for its Syria Project, including occasional layovers in Damascus.
Heston Airlines is a European airline headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania, and part of the Heston Aviation Group, which operates across aviation asset leasing, trading and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO).
The A320 First Officer will operate Airbus A320 aircraft in an international and multicultural environment, supporting the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flights while maintaining high operational and safety standards.
The position offers an opportunity to join a growing airline with access to professional development and progression opportunities, including future roles as Captain, Line Training Captain (LTC), TRI/TRE or in airline office functions.

Requirements
- Valid EASA Part-FCL Frozen ATPL
- Valid A320 Type Rating
- Valid IR and PBN ratings
- Minimum ICAO English Level 4; Level 6 preferred
- Current Class 1 Medical Certificate compliant with Part-MED
- Preferably 500 hours on Airbus A320
- Pilots with less than 500 A320 hours may be considered based on selection performance
- EU citizenship and passport permitting unrestricted international travel preferred
