As part of its continued expansion, La Compagnie is preparing to establish a new operational base at Milan Malpensa Airport and is recruiting qualified Airbus A321 First Officers.

Job Description
La Compagnie is seeking motivated and qualified First Officers to join its Airbus A321 fleet and support the development of its planned Milan operation.
This is an opportunity to join a specialist transatlantic airline operating an exclusively Business Class service between Europe and North America.
Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL or CPL with frozen ATPL.
- Valid Instrument Rating (IR) and Multi-Engine (ME) aeroplane rating.
- Valid Airbus A320 Family Type Rating.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate compliant with Part-MED.
- Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 500 hours on Airbus aircraft.
- Previous Airbus Fly-by-Wire (FBW) experience.
- English: ICAO Level 5 minimum.
- Italian: ICAO Level 4 minimum.
- French language proficiency is an advantage.
- No history of accidents or incidents.
- No criminal record or security restrictions.
- Legal entitlement to live and work in Italy.

- A valid Airbus A320 Type Rating must be held when joining the company.
