About the role

Saab 340 First Officer – Regional Express (Rex Airlines)
Regional Express (Rex Airlines) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified pilots for First Officer positions on its Saab 340 fleet. Successful applicants will operate across the Rex regional network.

Recruitment is ongoing, with applicants required to meet the minimum licensing, medical and flight experience criteria.

Requirements

CASA Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.
Current Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC).
Valid CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Minimum 500 hours total flight time.
Legal eligibility to work in Australia.

Preference will be given to candidates with:

850 hours or more total flight time.
Significant flight experience on multi-engine or turbine aircraft with a MTOW of 3,000 kg or above.
Cross-country experience conducted under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).
Completion of all ATPL theory subjects.
