PC-12 Captain
About the role
We are a startup that aims to make the skies of Japan and Asia more accessible by making small aircraft such as business jets more user-friendly. We have secured significant funding and purchased three 10-seater small business jets. We start with just three aircraft, but we aim to grow at a pace of introducing three aircraft of this class every month, like successful companies in the US and Europe. Our business domain is not that of airlines with fixed routes, but rather the industry of General Aviation, where we fly freely. We aim to become the most convenient airline in the areas of Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China, where the utilization of air travel is lagging. We are confident that General Aviation will function as a transportation infrastructure in these areas in the future.

- Are tolerant of uncertainty (don't get stressed by the changes that occur on a daily basis)
Requirements
- CPL or ATPL
- License issued by an ICAO member state
- 500+ hours of flight time in turbine aircraft with an MTOW of 8 tons or less
- Total time of 800 hours or more
Package highlights
- For those with less than 500 hours of PIC (Pilot-in-Chief) experience on the same type or class of aircraft, the following applies. For those with 500 hours or more, details will be provided during the interview.
- Annual salary: 5-9.2 million yen
- Dependent allowance / Position allowance / Business trip allowance provided
- Location Near Haneda Airport or a location designated by the company
- Contract employee or independent contractor (after 6 months, if both parties agree, you can choose to become a permanent employee)
- Work hours 160 hours per month (Full flextime system)
- Annual paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months of employment, 1 day each year for the first 2 years, and 2 days each year thereafter, up to a maximum of 20 days (can be carried over to the following year only)
- Sick leave (Paid sick leave, 6 days granted annually (cannot be carried over to the following year))
- Probation period (6 months, No change in treatment during this period)
