Pilart Air is seeking an experienced and professional Pilatus PC-12 NGX/PRO Captain to join its business aviation flight operations team based in Vienna, Austria.
The position offers the opportunity to operate the Pilatus PC-12 NGX/PRO across Europe in a professional environment focused on operational safety, customer service and high standards of flight operations.
Pilart Air is recruiting a qualified Pilatus PC-12 NGX/PRO Captain to take command of its aircraft and oversee safe, compliant and efficient flight operations throughout Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of flight execution, including operational planning, risk assessment, passenger service, regulatory compliance and coordination with relevant company departments.
This role is suited to an experienced business aviation pilot with substantial PC-12 PIC experience, extensive VFR operational background and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as Pilot in Command in accordance with EASA regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Take responsibility for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the Pilatus PC-12 NGX/PRO.
- Maintain high standards of flight safety, operational discipline and professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer service to aircraft owners and VIP passengers.
- Conduct comprehensive flight planning and operational risk assessments.
- Complete all required post-flight documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate closely with Flight Operations, CAMO, Ground Operations and Maintenance.
- Actively support the company's Safety Management System (SMS) and Just Culture.
- Maintain current licences, medical certification, training and operational qualifications.
- Contribute to a professional, safety-focused and collaborative working environment.
Requirements
- Valid EASA ATPL(A).
- Current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on the Pilatus PC-12.
- Current Pilatus PC-12 NGX/PRO type rating preferred.
- Extensive VFR operational experience.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
- EU passport or unrestricted right to work within the European Union.
- Flight Instructor qualification considered an advantage.
Package highlights
- Starting salary from €6,000 gross per month.
- Austrian employment contract.
- Final salary dependent on qualifications and professional experience.
- Base: Vienna International Airport (LOWW), Austria.
- Roster: Fixed rotation of 7 days ON / 3 days OFF, followed by 7 days ON / 4 days OFF.
- Employment: Full-time.
